Responsibilities
Interface with realtors, processors, and underwriters to ensure a smooth transaction while overseeing all customer interactionsEstablish and maintain relationships with realtors, bank officers, builders, and the community at large in order to retain existing and attract new businessEnsure all phases of the loan process are performed in accordance with regulatory and company guidelinesExceed our production standards by maintaining an active pipelineAssist borrowers in selecting loan programs that best fit their financial goals and needs
Qualifications
Provide excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, superior written and verbal communication skills, and exceptional decision-making abilityOffice Suite knowledge and loan originating software such as Calyx, Experian, or LendingWise preferredKnowledge of state and federal regulations, and company underwriting policies and guidelines Current NMLS State License or Federal NMLS RegistrationKnowledge of FHA, VA, USDA, conventional, fixed/ adjustable loans, Bridge Loans, Non-Conforming Loans, FNMA and FHLMC, and Home Equity Lines of Credit
