Responsibilities

Greet and communicate with patients and visitors within the facilityAnswer incoming calls to the facilityRegister patients and verify identity, demographics, financial and insurance informationCommunicates with other business office and clinical departmentsOpen mail and distributeAccept and record patient cost share paymentsPrepare and reconcile daily depositsMaintain clean and tidy lobby areaVerify vendor and visitor sign inPatient chart preparation

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalentBilingual preferredTwo years previous medical clerical experienceBasic knowledge of Medical TerminologyBasic computer skills and familiarity with medical softwareStrong communication skills
