Sales Support Representative

We use micromachining and microfabrication processes to manufacture products that provide physicians with enhanced performance for optimal outcomes for their patients.Position Summary:Primarily responsible for accurately processing and documenting all customer disposable orders and product complaints. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail and written and oral communication skills.Responsibilities:Receive and make inbound/outbound calls from customers and sales representatives regarding inquiries, order status, application of products and pricing.Maintains a reciprocal support relationship with the sales organization.Responsible for order management, which can include: sales order processing, validation and completion of necessary paperwork to issue Return Good Authorizations (RGA), verifying pricing, and verifying inventory levels.Responsible for maintaining accurate customer billing, shipping and pricing records.Interfaces with key departments in support of order management processes.Maintains service excellence by adhering to the Quality Assurance program guidelines.Provides feedback regarding potential process improvement ideas.Other responsibilities as needed and assigned.Requirements: Typically requires a minimum of 3 years of related hands-on experience and bachelor’s degree or professional certification in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience.At least 3 years of customer service experience in a healthcare related field.Previous experience with Salesforce or similar CRM is preferred.Previous experience supporting sales, service and customer operations is highly desired.High ability to prioritize, engage with, take direction from and balance multiple functions and stakeholders is essential.Strong organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills required.The ability to accurately handle complex processes and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.Key benefits we provide:Medical, Dental, and Vision insuranceGenerous PTO policyPaid Parental LeavePaid Holidays401k Plan (with a generous employer match)Life Insurance (company paid)Short-Term & Long-Term Disability Insurance (company paid)Employee Wellness Program (company paid)Employee Assistance Program (company paid)Starting annual salary range: $70,000 - $86,000Location: 2460 S 3270 W, West Valley City, UT 84119.
