WRAP Clinical Care Coordinator (Nonprofit)

Scion Staffing Medical is searching for a WRAP Clinical Care Coordinator on behalf of our client, a provider of behavioral health, family support, and educational services in San Francisco, CA! This is a wonderful full-time, exempt, direct hire position offering an onsite/hybrid opportunity to join a mission-driven team! Work a Monday-Friday, standard 40-hour schedule! Typical hours are 9AM – 5PM (start and end are flexible based on need). Children may be referred through social services, probation, or mental health departments.Chart mental health notes, treatment plans, outcome measures, incident reports, and other documentation accurately and in a timely manner.Provide assistance in case planning and consultation to team members on clinical issues, as well as casework issues, as appropriate.Develop Family Support Teams for the purpose of treatment planning and support.Meet with clients and caregivers on a weekly basis to further treatment goals.Provide therapy for alternate cases held by other team members.Cultivate and maintain relationships with community members and providers.Participate in individual and group supervision.Maintain professional behavior at all times, appropriately representing Edgewood's mission and philosophy.Function as team leader and uphold the values of the program and service.Attend all required trainings.Perform all other duties as necessary for the good of the agency as directed by supervisor.QUALIFICATIONSMaster’s degree in Social Work/Psychology/CounselingLCSW or LMFT license eligibleFingerprint clearancesOwn vehicle, valid California Driver’s License and car insuranceAbility to work as part of a multidisciplinary teamExperience working with children/families in community settings is a plusAbility to work with a diverse populationCultural competencyGood organizational and writing skillsFlexible schedule with ability to work early morning and eveningsAbility respond to crisis situationsBilingual skills desiredHOW TO APPLYFor immediate consideration, please submit your resume to stparse@scionstaffing.com and more information about your background!
