📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
LOCATIONThis position is a 100% in person role. The successful candidate will be expected to work in person on all scheduled workdays and must reside in Omaha, NE.
DESCRIPTIONScooter’s Coffee is searching for an exceptional Senior Systems Administrator with cloud infrastructure & end user computing experience to join our dynamic IT team. If you have a knack for designing, deploying, and maintaining cloud-based systems, ensuring top-notch data storage and security compliance, then you're the talent we need to drive our cloud initiatives forward.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESCloud Mastery: Execute, debug, and deploy initiatives related to cloud computing, specializing in Azure. You'll design, develop, and maintain our Azure-based systems with an unwavering commitment to performance, security, and cost-efficiency.Infrastructure Guru: Manage, operate, and optimize enterprise cloud systems and applications, making sure they align with our security policies and performance benchmarks.Azure Expertise: Handle Azure Tenant management, deploy and configure Azure virtual machines (VMs), and lead initiatives to enhance our Azure environment.Intune Innovation: Collaborate on the development of a new service offering around Microsoft Intune, focusing on OS patch management, endpoint encryption management, automated device configuration, endpoint security policies, hardening, and comprehensive reporting.AD Architect: Design, implement, configure, and maintain Active Directory infrastructure (both on-premises and Azure Active Directory), ensuring seamless user management, robust access controls, and security compliance, including domain controller deployment and maintenance.Tech Liaison: Serve as the go-to expert for Microsoft O365, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory, fostering strong relationships with various teams across the organization.
QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related fieldProven experience in Azure Cloud infrastructure and Office 365 SuitesProficiency in implementing, managing, and operating systems/applications in an enterprise cloud computing environment.Microsoft Azure certifications a plusExcellent problem-solving and communication skillsA team player who excels at building relationships and collaborates effectively with multiple teamsStrong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a secure and reliable cloud infrastructure.
