Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Network Operations Center Technician. The Network Operations Center Technician is responsible for monitoring network systems, responding to network outages, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and documenting issues and resolutions. The Technician will also be required to perform routine maintenance on network equipment and provide technical support for customers.
Qualifications
Experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) or Network AdministrationTechnical support and troubleshooting skillsKnowledge of Computer Network OperationsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferredCertifications in relevant network technologies such as Cisco or Microsoft are a plus
