Scott Enterprises, Inc., a leader in the commercial/industrial roofing industry, has an exceptional opportunity for the right individual! We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Roofing Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial roofing or similar construction trade, with demonstrated leadership abilities and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of the commercial roofing service department, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.Manage a team of service technicians, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and timely completion of service requests.Conduct regular inspections and maintenance checks to identify potential issues and address them proactively.Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and address any concerns or issues promptly.Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continually improve service offerings.Continually grow and develop service department.
Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience as a service manager within a construction trade, with a proven track record of success.Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and team members.Extensive knowledge of running a successful service department. Experience with commercial roofing systems and materials preferred. Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Candidate should be able to work efficiently, independently and be a team player! Knowledge of Microsoft applications, such as Word and Excel, are required.
Candidate must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
