Project Manager shall operate on a high level of management interfacing with client, consultants, subcontractor, and management staff to ensure highest level of quality, schedule, and profitability on all projects while focusing on an exceptional client experience. Project manager shall report directly to either Senior Project Manager or Vice President of Operations. Select Responsibilities:Work with project team to ensure timely completion and accuracy of project information and targets.Organize and participate in project meetings with staff, owners, architects, and trade partnersPrepare contracts and change orders in a timely fashionPrepare and communicate monthly variance cost/budget reports to the management teamProvide oversight for all phases of construction, including safety, staffing, and ensuring contract documents are being followed and work is on schedule and within budgetFoster strong partnership with owner to help the firm continue building on their 80% repeat business with current clientsProduce and assist in close-out documentation CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or other relevant disciplineMinimum of five years of experience in the multifamily and commercial construction industriesSuccessfully managed multiple projects to completion with values ranging from $10M-$100MAbility to organize, analyze, and problem solve challenges when they occur on assigned projects.Effective communication and ability to build/foster strong relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
