Role Overview
We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Registration Coordinator to join us in a part-time remote role. This is a 15-20 hours per week leading up to the start of soccer seasons each Spring and Fall. Less than 8 hours per week early summer and winter. As a Registration Coordinator, you'll be the linchpin of our player and coach registration processes, ensuring seamless operations and maintaining impeccable records. From managing registrations to providing stellar customer service, your contributions will directly impact the success of our club.
Special Conditions of Employment
Selected candidate will be required to pass a pre-employment background checkAbility to work occasional events and weekends as directed by the board.
Required Qualifications
Stellar customer service abilities with a knack for handling diverse requestsStrong written communication skills.Organized, self-starting attitude with impeccable decision-making skillsAbility to maintain confidentiality and discretionFamiliarity with G Suite software, including Google Docs, Sheets, Forms, and Slides
Additional/Preferred Qualifications
Proficiency in sports/league software, particularly GotSportExperience in youth sports organizationsPassion for soccer
Responsibilities
Mastery of GotSport Software (training provided as needed)Facilitate player and coach/volunteer registrations for seasonal programsAssist in creating program registrations, background check administration, team formations, and financial aid processesServe as the first point of contact for club registration inquiries, directing them to the appropriate channelsKeep club data of players and coaches up-to-date via GotSportCollaborate on website updates and promotional efforts for registration
