This is a full-time position located at our Scripps Corporate Office in La Jolla and will require travel to other Scripps Health locations throughout our system. This position is Monday-Friday and will require on-call availability on weekends and nights as needed.

The Manager of Engineering Operations is responsible for ensuring the site/facility is prepared for accreditation surveys. Ensures compliance with established standards for quality-of-service indicators, appearance, cleanliness, repair and condition of facility. Investigates delays on work orders, solves problems and ensures completion of work, initiating response to issues which require further action and follow up. Maintains integrity of all engineering programs, systems and documentation.
Required Qualifications
8 years experience in Facilities Services, 2 of which in a Supervisory role within healthcare.High school diploma/GED.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelors degreeExperience within an acute care setting.

Position Pay Range: $51.68-$77.54/hour
