RN Clinic - Anderson Medical Pavilion Float
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
This is a per diem/casual position ideally working 5-6 shifts every 2 weeks (weekdays only). Hours will vary based on need, but generally 'normal business hours' with possible overtime on Wednesdays and Thursdays after 5pm. Training will be 3-4 days per week for the first 3-4 weeks. Located at the Anderson Medical Pavilion (AMP) in La Jolla. This is an outpatient clinic position floating between specialties. Each specialty will be different but workload will likely be ~40% direct patient care (face-to-face) and ~60% administrative (message management, phones, computers).

What You'll Do
Ensure Scripps patients and their families have an exceptional health care experience. Provide direct patient care within the scope of practice. Patient care includes compliance with patient assessments and care tasks, triaging, completion of clinical procedures, emergency protocols and medication administration. You will also work collaboratively with the other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.

ADN or Nursing Diploma
Required Certification/Registration
CA RN licenseAmerican Heart Association BLS
Preferred Education/Experience/Specialized Skills/Certification
One year RN experience in an outpatient settingBSNGI experience
