This is a Full Time, 12 Hour Night Shift, a position with benefits. This role requires you to float within Scripps Mercy San Diego and Chula Vista campuses.
This position is eligible for New Hire and Relocation Incentives up to $7K.

We invite you to join our highly engaged team of Registered Nurses in our Med/Surg Telemetry units, responsible for providing direct patient care within the scope of your practice. Patient care includes assessment, planning and implementing a plan of care, and evaluating patients' progress towards expected outcomes. With quality patient and family-centered care in mind, the RN takes primary responsibility for the patients' care as delivered by the Care Team under their supervision. Work collaboratively with other members of the patient care team to ensure optimal patient care.
This position is eligible for New Hire and Relocation Incentives up to $7,000.

Required Qualifications
Registered Nursing Degree from an Accredited School of NursingActive California RN licenseBLS Healthcare Provider Certifications through American Heart AssociationOne (1) year RN experience Be able to speak, read and following instructions in EnglishHave excellent interpersonal skills and demonstrate positive behaviors
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in nursingOne (1) year of recent adult med/surg telemetry experience

Position Pay Range: $56.00-$80.00/hour
