Hours would start at approximately 8-10 per week with the opportunity to scale quickly.

Primary Job DutiesEmbody our brand’s positivity in all client interactionsProvide full-service bookkeeping to a variety of clients with diverse financial service needs, including: Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Budgeting, Cash flow analysis, Chart of Accounts maintenance, Clean-up previous bookkeeping and/or client’s bookkeeping, Financial reporting, Payroll, Sales tax filing, Reconciliations of loan and bank accounts, Reconciliations with external software systems, Transaction entry/categorizationCorrespond with clients and their customers/vendorsMeet with clients and/or Script and Ledger teamManage recurring tasks for your clientsMaintain annual QuickBooks Advanced CertificationComply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulationsCorrespond with federal, state, and local tax agencies when necessary
