Responsibilities

• Independent contractor reconciliation• Intercompany invoicing• Researching transactions and finding appropriate backup documentation• Creating and posting journal entries• Assisting with month end close activities

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of college or equivalent in accounting and/or Finance• Microsoft Office Suite experience• Moderate Excel skills (vlookup, pivot tables)• Excellent Organization and communication skills• Detail oriented• Experience with journal entries• Know the difference between debits and credits
