Role DescriptionThis is a full-time hybrid role for a Mechanical Engineering Leader at SEACON Engineering Associates, Inc. As a Mechanical Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for leading the mechanical team for design, development, and troubleshooting of motor gear boxes, mounting design, motor linkages, and structural design. Your day-to-day tasks will involve working with mechanical systems, collaborating with electrical engineers and systems engineers, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring installation and project success. This role is primarily based in Mobile, AL, but offers flexibility for some remote work.
