SMB Banker / Lender (Mont. or Bucks County)
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Business Banker who has a passion for SMB lending, and a strong COI network. This permanent (FTE) position pays a base salary of $90,000 to $120,000 with a lucrative commission plan, as well as 4 weeks PTO vacation, a generous 401k, etc.
THIS JOB IS NOT FULLY REMOTE; it's mainly onsite or in-person with your territory being either Montgomery Country or Bucks County. The onsite expectations are to meet with clients, customers, banks, and COIs within your territory on a daily / weekly basis.
We are hiring due to explosive growth! Within the last three years, this company has quadrupled in size (as well as doubled in revenue and assets under management)! In order to continue scaling at this pace, we need to add talented Business Banking Lenders (specific to Small Business customers).
REQUIREMENTS:SMB experience - B2B lending for small / medium sized companies (not commercial lending) with loans maxing out around $1.5MM-$2MM, and a sweet spot of $400K-$600K per loan.Sales experience - prospecting and biz dev via self-sourced loans from a strong / reliable COIs network of CPAs, lawyers, brokers, small bank and credit union connections, etc.Lending experience - hands on experience with loan structuring, packaging / building loans, assessing SMB cash flow management, reviewing financial statements, loan narratives, etc.
