Responsible for getting samples from customers, setting up specific instruments and demonstrate how to test samplesWill work out the proper test method for that sample and recommend correct consumablesWill train customers on the correct test method through in-house lab demonstration Must have 8+ years of experienceHardness testing/Metallographic instrumentation testing experience is requiredBachelor of Science degree in Metallurgy, Metallography, or Materials Science is required
