About the positionAs a Technical Writer at Sectra, you will collaborate closely with the Bid Manager to craft RFP response documents, oversee the Qvidian knowledge base, and provide assistance to the bid response team. This position requires a solid grasp of healthcare information technology and excellent collaboration skills to effectively work with a diverse global team of subject matter experts.Support the RFP response process by researching, composing, and creating response documents using the Qvidian bid response systemEnsure clarity and accuracy of complex clinical and IT technical data. Review and enhance documents prepared by others as neededOutline project plans, coordinate resources, monitor progress, and adhere to deadlinesProvide comprehensive writing, editing, and design support to the sales processUtilize the Qvidian knowledge base and previous RFP responses to streamline document creation effectivelyReview contributors' responses for grammar, comprehensiveness, and alignment with client inquiries. Format submission documents for clarity and ensure the inclusion of all requested materialsContinuously refine and expand your personal knowledge base. Stay up-to-date with product details and customer needs to optimize responses addressing client requirements

Skills & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Journalism, Communications, or equivalent experience.Fluency in EnglishExceptional writing, editing, and grammatical skillsKnowledge of healthcare information technologyHave an in-depth understanding of HL-7, DICOM and other healthcare Information Technology standards and conceptsKnowledge of SaaS based solutions, including cloud based applicationsUnderstanding clinical concepts and workflow in the areas of; Radiology, Pathology, Cardiology, Ophthalmology, and OrthopaedicsExperience in handling projects, designing, and editing documents and business correspondenceAbility to learn clinical and technical aspects of the product, engage with subject matter experts, tailor content to customer needs, and understand product usage from the customer's perspective

The salary range for this position is between $70,000 and $90,000, based on experience and qualifications.Sectra combines numerous pay and benefit strategies to provide a comprehensive and competitive total rewards package.
