Job Responsibilities

Job Description

Back room operations support for Branch to prepare for closing. Evaluate and review real estate contracts and supporting documents. Responsible for requesting &/or follow-up on payoffs, homeowner’s association demands, verify tax information. Along with any other title liens or documents required prior to close. Exercise sound judgment to identify discrepancies, assess risks, and make informed decisions.

Job Requirements

Adapt seamlessly to a collaborative team environment while also excelling independently . Ability to comprehend and write instructions, correspondence, and memos (proper punctuation, spelling, grammar a must). Excellent verbal/written skills along with strong interpersonal skills are required. Ability to deliver superior customer service. Must have high level of organization and strong attention to detail. Must have ability to consistently meet deadlines, demonstrate strong follow through, and to follow departmental procedures. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume, deadline-oriented environment. Experience on an escrow desk a plus. The preferred candidate would reside in the Denver Metro Area.

Compensation Range

$20.00 - $30.00; At Anywhere, actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, and qualifications.
