Location: Geneva, IL
Rate: $17.00/Hour
Shift: Sat-Mon 2pm-10pm, Tues-Wed 10pm-6am
We are looking for top notch individuals who can create a safe and secure environment for our clients and their guests by deterring, observing, reporting, and taking appropriate action when necessary or directed by a supervisor. Typical duties may include access control for visitors and vendors, patrols, CCTV monitoring and providing outstanding customer service.
Duties include but are not limited to: Check in loads, audit outgoing loads for accuracy, update trailer tracking spreadsheet on computer, monitor Video Surveillance for suspicious behavior, access control to dock area and employee parking, report writing, assist on site Management with Severe Weather alert monitoring as well as directing Emergency Response Teams when applicable.

Position Requirements
18 years of age or older High School Diploma or GED Required Standard computer / technology skills needed (Microsoft and Outlook)Must be able to provide first class customer service to our clients and their guestsMust be responsible, accountable, objective, and have a strong work ethicMust have a strong grasp of appropriate and professional verbal / written communicationAble to have social interaction with over the road drivers (truckers), client employees and managementMust be comfortable with report writingAble to patrol for extended periods of time during inclement weatherFlexibility in work schedule to work overtime as requiredReliable transportation to get to and from siteConflict resolution and de-escalation skills a plus
All candidates must be able to pass a drug test and background check
