Ticket Sales Coordinator
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Spurs Ticket Sales Coordinator will oversee and assist in managing the business side of sports sales operations firsthand for the San Antonio Spurs. This position will work directly with the San Antonio Spurs Sales Ticketing Departments and be responsible for dealing with various aspects of the day-to-day sales operations such as game nights, sales events, marketing, community events, partnership and general office duties supporting Season Ticket Memberships, Group Sales and ticketing teams. This includes working collaboratively with Associate Director of Sales Enablement, Season Ticket and Group Sales Managers and Directors and other departments to align strategy and processes across departments. This person must be a highly organized professional that can collaborate and coordinate activities and groups within different teams.
What You’ll Do:
Assist Ticketing Department (Season Ticket Memberships, Group Sales and Suite Sales)Planning and executing Sales and Group Sales Game nights and events including processes and logisticManage outbound and inbound communication with clients – Group Sales Inbox and Season Ticket game day confirmation emails for events and etc.Creating all ticketing and sales collateral via Digideck and Adobe – event invites, game day graphics, group graphics, season ticket sales collateral and etc.Idea sharing/brainstorming for ticketing with other departments including Impact, Partnership and MarketingManage platform users with login issues via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Converisca, Zoominfo and etc. (Austin Spurs, SAFC and SpursPoint person for ordering all ticket value add items for theme nights including internal department orderAssist with department projects - Helicopter Concierge, Ticket Comp and Donation Program, Impact Nights, Kids Club and etc.
Who You Are:
2+ years of previous sales experience and/or service experienceHas the ability to work efficiently and in a timely manner in order to meet strict deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Excellent computer skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite is necessary. Experience with ticketing systems and photoshop is a plus.Must have reliable transportation.The ability to carry/move/handle boxes up to 25 lbs.Self-starter, highly motivated individual.Ability to work with all types of people.Ability to adapt to changing projects.
