Role Description
This is a full-time remote role as a Tech E&O / Cyber Field Underwriter. The Tech E&O / Cyber Field Underwriter's responsibilities include: sourcing new insurance brokers, meeting with existing insurance brokers and wholesalers to drive business and assist with existing accounts; meeting with our managed service providers and their respective clients to assess their cyber risks and underwrite cyber insurance policies; manage client relationships, and working with our team to develop and execute sales and marketing strategies. There is also an expectation that the role will require approximately 25% day travel with occasional overnight trips.
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years experience as a tech e&o / cyber insurance underwriter; field underwriting experience preferredProven ability to establish and manage client relationshipsExcellent communication and negotiation skillsDegree in Business, Risk Management, or related field preferredStrong computer and analytical skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamFlexible and adaptable, able to adjust to changing business needs and client demands
