Role Summary The role of Graphic Designer & Web Developer will involve creating highly designed and creatively branded content, as well as developing and updating our website to create an exceptional user experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to take vision and ideas and turn them into compelling visual representations. This individual should have a deep passion for graphical design and marketing. Duties and Responsibilities Design creative and visually appealing graphics for digital and print, including social media graphics, ads, website design, sales collateral, and overall branding for Seek. Develop and maintain website that is user-friendly and impressive, using WordPress. Collaborate with cross-functional departments, with oversight by Marketing Manager, to understand creative requests and successfully meet objectives and deadlines. Translate strategic direction into high-quality design with an established brand identity.Stay updated on best practices in graphic design, content design, web development, and user experience design. Required Skills and QualificationsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.) and other design tools. Experience developing or updating websites hosted on WordPress. Excellent communication, organization, presentation, and collaboration skills with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail, creativity, and passion for design and technology. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.Ability to take constructive feedback and apply it to future work. Preferred Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree (or equivalent), preferably in graphic design, art, marketing, technology, or related discipline.Previous experience in a professional graphic design role, preferably with a creative or marketing agency or SaaS company.Working knowledge of CSS3, HTML5, and JavaScript.
