Process Technician IV

As a member of a new chemistry formulation group, you will be working with Colloidal Gold production, conjugation, liquid chromatography purification, buffer preparation and extraction reagent creation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices. In this role, you will generate buffers, reagents, protein solutions and conjugates. You may perform adjustments and troubleshoot using laboratory equipment such as stirrers, balances, centrifuges, spectrophotometers, etc. This role may also assist in process development regarding scale up and improving product yield.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Colloidal Gold (preparation and conjugation), be able to maintain inventory levels and prepare solutions working in a fast-paced environment, with minimal supervision. Having strong attention to detail as well as intermediate skills on Microsoft Office are essential for success. Potential candidates should have at minimum 3 years of applicable experience, ideally 5+ years of experience. You may occasionally need to lift items weighing up to 50lbs.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $65,000-$72,500. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
