Senior Supervisor, Process Tech

As a member of a new chemistry formulation group, you will be supervising a team of process technicians completing Colloidal Gold production, conjugation, liquid chromatography purification, buffer preparation and extraction reagent creation in accordance with Good Manufacturing Practices. Providing daily direction, support, and development of team members to meet the manufacturing schedule commitments in a safe and environmentally responsible, efficient manner. Collaboration with other internal departments to ensure schedules, batch record review and work orders are completed. The incumbent will be troubleshooting technical issues and non-conformance as required, with a commitment to the SEKISUI Quality Management System.

The ideal candidate will be a strong team leader with a proven track record of mentoring and motivating individuals through empowering communication and interpersonal skills. A detail-oriented individual with superior organizational abilities and intermediate skills on Microsoft Office. The successful candidates will have a minimum of 5 years of applicable experience in a senior process technician role, ideally with Colloidal Gold exposure.

The anticipated base salary for this position is $94,000-$100,000. This role may also qualify for annual incentives and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
