📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Summary: We are currently partnered with a highly acquisitive PE backed Agriculture firm looking to expand their team with a Corporate Development Associate. This team is very active on the market right now and this role will provide high visibility to senior leadership and offers an opportunity to work across a variety of different areas - M&A, Strategy, FP&A, and M&A Integration.
Location: Louisville, KY
Corporate Development Associate Responsibilities:Responsible for M&A, Strategy, FP&A, and M&A IntegrationPreparing board materials and completing ad-hoc projectsDriving earnings in the aftermarket - working with several cross-functional departmentsCreating strategy through senior-level guidancePrepare data and analysis to recommend strategyWork directly with Lenders, Senior Leadership, and C-Suite Executives
Associate Corporate Development Qualifications:2+ years of experience in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, or M&A deal experienceBachelors or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant fieldRelevant M&A Experience - Agriculture or Industrials strongly preferred
