One of the most successful hedge funds in the world is building out multiple high-performing engineering teams across different areas within the firm and is looking for talented software engineers to join their highly selective and elite incubator program for the firm's next generation of leaders. This program offers an accelerated path to success, providing the opportunity to work on mission-critical projects such as creating a centralized trading management system, constructing predictive tools for optimal trading strategies, and more. As part of this role, you'll receive direct mentorship from senior engineers to develop your technical, commercial, and quantitative skills.
