In this role, you'll be responsible for evaluating both new and existing business opportunities, involving intricate multi-line risks such as workers' compensation, commercial auto, and general liability. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping broker and agency management strategies, leading the formulation and execution of relationship management plans.Responsibilities:Assess, select, and strategically price coverage for commercial risks, ensuring profitability on both new and renewal business.Adhere to underwriting guidelines, rating manuals, and relevant insurance regulations while applying a consultative approach to generate new business opportunities aligned with underwriting objectives.Analyze underwriting and marketing initiatives, compiling comprehensive reports for senior management review.Requirements:Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.Minimum of 5 years' experience in casualty underwriting within the insurance industry but preference of 8-15 years
