They are looking to grow due to their strong pipeline and deal flow, providing an incredible opportunity for M&A reps. This Investment Banking Analyst will work as a generalist across a variety of sectors, work directly with clients and MDs and have a clear path for upward mobility.
Investment Banking Analyst will be responsible for:Assisting in executing sell-side and buy-side M&A transactions as well as cap raisesBeing a part of client meetings and marketing meetingsPartaking in research in order to generate new businessPreparing for proposals, offering memoranda, transaction related financial models, and more for client meetings
Investment Banking Analyst should have the following qualifications:2-4 years experience within Investment BankingBachelor’s DegreeGreat oral and written communication skillsExperience performing financial analysis as well as valuation analyses in excel
