📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are representing a specialty investment banking boutique focused on advising technology and tech-enabled businesses. Our client is looking to hire an Investment Banking Senior Analyst/Associate to join their growing team in Austin, Texas.
Responsibilities:Conducting extensive client and industry sector due diligence Building detailed, bottom-up three statement financial and LBO models Developing analyses and information materials for transaction counterparties Researching and analyzing tech industry sectors and client prospects Managing workflows and collaborating with other bankers and interns Maintaining communications with clients and transaction partners
Requirements:Minimum of 2 years of Investment Banking Analyst experience at a reputable investment bank. Experience advising technology or tech-enables businesses. Significant M&A deal experience.Strong technical skillset in financial modelling (DCF, LBO, and 3-statement modelling).Currently based in Austin or strong ties to the location.
