Title: Transaction Advisory Services Manager
Company Summary: We are working with a top tier Consulting firm looking to add a TAS Manager to their growing Healthcare team based in Nashville, TN! This opportunity will allow to work directly with c-suite level executives, gain client facing experience as well as work with some of the best Healthcare companies in the space.
Role Responsibilities:Conduct financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side M&A transactionsCreate financial models to analyze future and historical data trends, quality of earnings, potential liabilities and underlying risks for target healthcare companiesEffectively communicate with target companies their quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows
The TAS Manager should have the following qualifications: 2+ years of experience working within Big 4 Consulting within Audit, Assurance, FDD or Transaction Advisory. Healthcare experience preferred but not required.Sitting in Nashville, TN or open to relocation to Nashville, TN.
