Qualifications2+ years of IB experience + ~3 years of buyside experience (Private Credit experience preferred)Experience in the Sports, Media, or Entertainment spaceStrong modeling, analytical, valuation, and problem-solving skillsEffective communication skills, including the ability to present complex information to key internal/external stakeholders
Responsibilities:Perform company/industry due diligenceDeal quarterbackingMonitor existing portfolio companies, evaluating platform and add-on acquisitions as well as potential exit opportunitiesConduct financial modeling/analysis incorporating various business projections/capital structuresAssist the team with ad hoc project
