Real Estate Credit Associate/VP Position Overview:As a Real Estate Credit Associate, you will play a crucial role in the management and oversight of our real estate credit portfolio - including high structured and complex performing, and non-performing loans across a variety of asset classes.
Real Estate Credit Associate/VP Responsibilities:Credit Analysis: Evaluate and analyze the credit risk associated with real estate investments, loans, and other assets.Portfolio Management: Monitor the performance of the real estate credit portfolio, making recommendations for optimizing performance and mitigating risk.Due Diligence: Conduct thorough due diligence on potential real estate investment opportunities, including financial modeling and market research.Compliance: Ensure that all real estate credit activities comply with relevant regulations and internal policies.Reporting: Prepare and present reports on the performance of the real estate credit portfolio to senior management and stakeholders.Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including underwriting, legal, and asset management, to execute strategies and achieve business goals.
Real Estate Credit Associate/VP Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, real estate, or a related field5+ years of experience in real estate credit asset management, banking, or lendingStrong knowledge of real estate financial analysis and credit risk assessment.Excellent quantitative and analytical skills.Previous real estate underwriting experience with a bank or lenderProficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.Strong communication and presentation skills.Knowledge of real estate markets and regulations.
