Do you thrive in environments with uncertainty? Can you provide examples of projects where you had to switch focus with minimal direction? We are searching for a backend engineer experienced in mission-critical software and who is eager to contribute to protocol-level design and open-source software development.Develop, code, and test Rust-based programming for Stacks Bitcoin L2.Participate in designing protocols at the foundational level and engage in the development of open-source software.Assess code, identify and resolve issues, and create comprehensive test cases.Contribute to architecture and design as needed, fostering collaboration within the team to deliver top-tier production-level code.
Requirements:7-12 years of experience working on backend technologiesExperience with C/C++, Python, Java, or Rust (While familiarity with Rust is not mandatory for applicants, a willingness to learn and use Rust in the role is essential)Experience with monitoring and testing practices.An interest in blockchain development and the Bitcoin network.Ability to collaborate with open-source developers
