Vice President of Investor Operations

Job OpportunityA leading middle market credit platform is seeking a Vice President of Investor Operations to support the Head of Investor Relations.

Job Responsibilities:Assist in the preparation and distribution of investor communications, including quarterly reports, statements, and other materials.Manage investor inquiries and requests, providing timely and accurate responses and maintaining detailed records of all interactions.Coordinate investor onboarding and account maintenance processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Support the organization of investor meetings, conferences, and events, both virtual and in-person, including logistics, scheduling, and attendee management.Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and due diligence documentation for fundraising efforts.Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile investor accounts, track capital contributions and distributions, and ensure accurate reporting.Monitor industry trends and best practices in investor relations operations and recommend process improvements and enhancements.

Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field; relevant internship or work experience preferred.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented mindset.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with investor relations software platforms is a plus.Knowledge of regulatory requirements and reporting standards applicable to private credit or alternative investments is desirable.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being proactive and self-motivated.
