They specialize in financing innovations that reduce risks in self-insurance and deliver significant savings with an ecosystem of partners and cost-control solutions.

Position Summary Under the direction of the Senior Vice President (SVP), the Regional Vice President (RVP) will be responsible for identifying and securing new business. The ideal candidate is a proactive, confident, self-starter who thrives in competitive situations and is determined to exceed targeted goals.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, educate, and develop strong consultant-partner relationshipsAssist consultants with the identification and education of good prospective employersMastery of cost containment programs and their application for consultants and prospective employersDevelop strong relationships with members of the internal underwriting, market development, and marketing teamsDrive the understanding of large and complex risk management programsCreate and execute a regional sales plan to support sales goalsImplement sales techniques focused on the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to closing
Skills And Experience5+ years of recent experience selling self-funded solutions with strong Insurance Broker relationships5+ years of recent experience in a new business development roleAdvanced knowledge of the Chicago insurance marketBachelor’s degreeMust live within 60 miles of Chicago
