As an intern on the strategy and marketplace team, you'll support senior leaders tackling problems core to Self's long-term business. You will partner across the team to support initiatives ranging from partnership identification and development to market analysis and competitive positioning
What You Will Do
Customer discovery and analysis: Conducting customer interviews or surveys to identify key pain points and trends within our existing customer baseExternal competitive analysis: Putting together market maps of various niches within the fintech space. Would help us understand where Self fits in and what products might be a good fitProduct positioning work: Given the products we have and some we are considering, we'd like to understand how to best position/frame our offerings
What Will You Need
Prior experience working with cross-functional teams on business development and/or marketing initiativesPrior experience with partnership generation (ideation to sourcing)Data analysis using excel or R
