In order to deliver on our commitment to customer service, we are looking to hire focused individuals to work in the front line of the golf course to work as Part-Time Golf Course Starters & Player Assistants.

What You'll Do
As a Starter or Player Assistant, we entrust in you to be a top contributor to our guest’s experience by:
Greet golfers near the first tee and provide them with golf course information, guidelines and pace of play expectationsEnsure that the schedule of tee times is followed record each foursome’s actual starting time and cart numbersMonitor pace of play on the golf courseAssist guests with issues that may arise, such as locating lost golf clubsKindly and tastefully confront guests when their pace of play is not meeting course requirementsAssist with golf course set up for events such as placing hole event markers and sponsor signsCommunicate with the Pro Shop and other golf service departments to maximize the customer service level
What It Takes
High School Diploma or equivalent work experienceKnowledge of golfExcellent communication skillsAttention to detail and the ability to multi-taskHigh level customer service skills as this is the first contact golfing guests have with SentryWorld
