Zenoti Software Trainer and Configuration Specialist
📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Zenoti Software Trainer and Configuration Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for providing training on how to effectively use Zenoti's software platform to our franchisees, as well as configuring the software to meet our Serotonin Centers specific needs. You will work closely with franchisees, their staff, and our Operations and Marketing team to understand requirements and business processes, and then customize the software accordingly within our Franchise standards/protocol.
Responsibilities:Conduct training sessions for franchisee locations on how to use Zenoti's software platformConfigure the software to meet the specific needs of our brand and of the Centers. Work closely with franchisees and our Corporate support team to understand requirements and business processesProvide ongoing support and assistance to all our users as needed
Qualifications:Recommended:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field Strong knowledge of training methodologies and best practices
Required: Previous experience working with configuring of Zenoti softwareUse of Zenoti Forms BuilderExperience bringing new centers on and completing AOC per center. Ability to work independently and as part of a teamExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsCollaboration with Ops, Marketing, Finance, and People
