Role OverviewServiceCore is seeking an energetic, ambitious and experienced Head of Payments. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the strategic direction and execution of our entire payments function, ensuring a seamless and secure experience for our customers. Payments is our fastest-growing product and represents a tremendous opportunity for our business, as our integrated payments solutions enable our customers to transition from offline to online/digital payments.

This is a great opportunity to work with an amazing hybrid office & remote team that’s based in Denver, CO. In this role, you’ll be reporting directly to the COO.

Role and ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will be responsible for:Develop and execute a comprehensive payments strategy that aligns with our overall business objectivesOversee all aspects of the payments function, including partnerships, integrations, revenue, activation and customer supportLead the Payments team, fostering a culture of innovation and high performanceIdentify and implement industry-leading payment solutions that enhance customer experience and drive revenue growthPartner with key stakeholders across the organization - Product, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success - to ensure a smooth and integrated payments experienceManage vendor relationships with payment processors, gateways, and other key partnersStay abreast of the latest trends and regulations in the payments industry and implement necessary changes to maintain compliance and security.Develop and maintain clear performance metrics and reporting for the Payments functionResearch and identify which additional FinTech products we should consider launching to augment our overall FinTech product set Qualifications10+ years of experience in payments, with a strong focus on integrated payments for vertical SaaS platformsProven track record of building and managing high-performing payments teamsDeep understanding of the payments ecosystem, including payment methods, processing, MCC Codes, fraud prevention, and complianceExperience developing and implementing strategic payment partnershipsExcellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesA passion for innovation and a desire to push the boundaries of the payments industry

Total Cash Compensation: $185K - $235K (based on prior experience)
