Azure Administrator

Set Solutions, a Trace3 Company is working with a client in need of a full time Azure Administrator. This role can be fully remote or hybrid if preferred close to one of their main locations.Note-This role is with one of our awesome innovative end clients and not internal with Trace3.Responsibilities:Manage and maintain O365 administration.Act as the primary SharePoint and Azure Administrator.Oversee Azure Active Directory, On-Premises Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.Design architecture for integrating core infrastructure technologies to support enterprise applications.Configure and monitor cloud infrastructure for integrity and availability.Troubleshoot operational issues and provide solutions.Offer support for clients and internal IT teams.Perform administrative processes for cloud systems, including installation, backup, security, and software patching.Identify suitable third-party cloud solutions and manage vendor relationships.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure integration.Provide support for network and security operations, including after-hours support for critical issues.Perform other assigned duties.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proficiency in Azure Environment and Entra ID (formerly Azure Active Directory).Familiarity with LAN, WAN, and SASE environments.Experience with SaaS-based Backup/DR solutions.Deployment experience with Azure resources and Office 365.Knowledge of Azure Active Directory, Conditional Access Policies, and single sign-on technologies.Proficiency in Azure Landing Pages, Blueprints, RBAC, and PowerShell scripting.Experience with On-Prem to Cloud Migrations.Intermediate proficiency in Python.Ability to assess business needs and propose suitable plans for adoption.Strong ability to work independently and collaboratively.Understanding of test plan development and execution.Excellent communication, documentation, time management, and problem-solving skills.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in MIS, CIS, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.Mid-advanced certification in Cloud, server, virtualization, or related fields.Azure Fundamentals certification preferred.CompTIA Cloud+ or Cloud Essentials certification advantageous.CompTIA Security+ certification beneficial.M365 administration certifications advantageous.
