📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
SGA is seeking a proactive team player to join our team. This is an opportunity to join a dynamic team that provides architectural services for major brands all across the country. You’ll be working with other design professionals on ground up buildings, remodels and special projects.
Job Functions
Scope Trips and Post Scope Documents – May travel to conduct site assessments of projects and then complete assigned post scope trip documents.Construction Document Production – Works with SGA leaders and the client to develop detailed construction documents that align with design intent and implement the assigned scope of work.Permitting – Works with jurisdictions and other stakeholders to acquire permits prior to the client deadline and within budget hours.Construction & Project Closeout – After the completion of construction documents, continues to manage the project through construction and project closeout.
Experience
Education: Professional Degree in Architecture or Bachelor's of Interior Design.Qualified candidates will have 3 or more years of experience designing and developing construction documents in Revit and AutoCAD. Experience with volume building programs preferred. Must have experience designing and developing CDs in Revit and AutoCAD.
