Client has an exciting opportunity for 2 Change & Communication Specialists on the HR Transformation team (separate request for other position), which is currently leading a multi-year project to implement Workday’s Human Capital Management system and revisit the HR operating model to support our business. The specialists will support the Change Management workstream, which is leading the communication, training and change management strategies and plans to ensure a smooth implementation of these transformational initiatives. The ideal candidates will possess knowledge and experience with change and/or communication efforts, as well as managing and executing against project plans.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Partner with our Marketing teams to provide strategic direction, message development and planning for transformation initiatives, such as Workday and HR Operating ModelConsult with internal and external clients and vendors to identify communication goals and objectives, recommend and execute solutions and drive towards execution timelinesSupport stakeholder engagement by arranging meetings, events and other stakeholder engagement activitiesCarry out delegated activities and ensure others are executing on their deliverables to support the overall project plans and effortsPrepare moderately complex documents such as training guides, PowerPoints, videos, and reports using a variety of office software (e.g., PowerPoint, Teams, Excel, SharePoint, Smartsheet)Support the development and completion of training plans, which includes collaborating with training partners to ensure materials are developed, reviewed and approvedContribute to the management of training resources by maintaining training plans and tracking budgets, spend and training certifications for system support teamsProvide project and operational support to the Workday change network, to include organizing and maintaining SharePoint site, information, monthly meetings, readiness assessments and overall engagement with the groupJob Qualifications:Fundamental knowledge of public communications concepts, practices and procedures.Fundamental knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and toolsSkilled at managing time to handle multiple tasks, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced work environmentSkilled at using office software programs and collaboration tools, such as Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams and SharePoint, to create documents, spreadsheets, e-mails and presentationsDemonstrated ability to execute on communication and change management plans, including communications, training, and adoption strategiesAbility to work independently and take ownership of the role and responsibilitiesPositive individual with strong communication skills; able to partner well with global stakeholders and development teams, tailoring the messaging to the appropriate audiencesAbility to plan and prioritize work and hold self and others accountable to meet commitmentsKnows the most effective and efficient processes to get things done, with a focus on continuous improvement; able to promptly and effectively addresses process breakdownsConsistently drives results with detail-orientationAbility to make good and timely decisions within area of responsibility and when dealing with highly sensitive dataEducational/Previous Experience Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in communications, marketing, human resources or related field and 6+ years of HR experience in a corporate setting, public relations agency or similar area.
