If you're a Patient Care Coordinator looking for a new opportunity to work in a fast-paced, professional environment where your talent contributes to changing people’s lives, then we want to talk to you. This position requires collaborating with physicians, other medical providers, and patients by providing expert care and service for fertility treatments.
We have an immediate opening for a full-time Patient Care Coordinator to join our Sibley Hospital/DC office. The schedule is working Monday - Friday from 7 am - 4 pm. Paid parking is provided at this location.

Responsibilities Include
Assists with the clinical care of fertility patientsProvides patient/couple counseling, procedure teaching, communicates physician orders and instructionsProvides pre and post op education Establishes a compassionate environment by providing emotional and psychological support to patients and patients’ familiesWorks independently to assure the program goals are achievedSupport and promote excellence in customer service
What You'll Bring
The skills and education we need are
High School diploma; Associates degree preferredExcellent oral and written communication, interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to work autonomously and in a team environmentStrong attention to detail, demonstrated ability to follow-through, and high degree of comfort with computer applications, accuracy and speed with data entry is requiredMinimum of one year of prior experience in healthcare and familiarity with medical terminology
