📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Our client provides consulting services to attract, engage and retain employees, run effective sales contests and incentives, build dynamic customer loyalty programs, and create impactful corporate events better than anyone else. They deliver measurable results for the Fortune 500 by inspiring & engaging their sales teams, employees, channel partners and customers using the principles of behavioral economics.
We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of documented sales success in a consultative service sales role calling on large accounts. No more than 3 jobs in 10 years.
You will target Fortune 500 accounts in the Human Resources, Marketing, and Sales departments. You will need to report to local office 3-4 days per week.They will provide a base of 125K + commission and bonuses to make 165-170K first year, and full benefits. Average rep is making 200K+
