With the recent addition of a 'Ketamine spa' and neuropsych testing, we strive to offer comprehensive and cutting-edge treatment options to Jersey Shore area residents.
Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role as a Medical Operations Manager at Shore Clinical TMS & Wellness Center in Linwood, NJ. The Medical Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, managing staff schedules, coordinating patient appointments, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. They will also be responsible for maintaining inventory of medical supplies, implementing quality improvement initiatives, and collaborating with the clinical team to ensure optimal patient care.We are adding some services & plan to grow the practice to multiple locations.
Qualifications Previous experience in healthcare management or medical practice operationsKnowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirementsStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesProficiency in medical record management systemsAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsOpportunity for growth as we have been expanding the practice.Managing day to day operations, ensuring quality & staff training is key.Onsite, in-person work, passion, commitment & long hours would be needed.Implement the vision & ideas of Dr Gowda to be center of excellence for mental health.Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related fieldExperience in mental health or psychiatric practice is a plusMaster's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is a plus
