The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day maintenance operations, including equipment maintenance, preventive maintenance, and general repairs. The role is located in Grand Rapids, MI.QualificationsBilingual, must be able to speak fluent SpanishSupervisory Skills, including the ability to lead and manage a maintenance teamExperience in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive MaintenanceStrong Maintenance Management skills, including the ability to prioritize and delegate tasksProficient in Maintenance & Repair, with knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systemsExcellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilitiesStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsExperience in property management is a plus
