📋 Role Overview & Responsibilities
Description
The Bulk Oil Warehouse Associate reports to the Warehouse Manager and is responsible for all aspects of the Bulk Oil Warehouse daily operations.
Essential Duties
Ensuring safe operations by adhering to all safety protocols.Loading / unloading all tankers and railcars.Utilizing points of sale system (ADAM) to create PCO's (Production Control Sheets).Repacking oil totes, grease totes, drums, pails.Conducting monthly inventory cycle counts on Saturday.Offloading drum trailer, as needed.Assisting with backing in trailers in the docks.Performing as pickup driver, as needed, for specialty customers.Performing monthly audits to ensure equipment is fully operational and safe and chain of custody is compliant.Maintaining housekeeping.Providing direction to part-time workers, as needed.
Requirements
Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, strong ability to read ruler/measurements.Excellent communication and time management skills.Must have a safe and verifiable driving record.Proficient use of Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel).Must be able to move product (move drums, load, and unload product).Must be able to lift 50 pounds.Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and driving (forklifts) are the norm.Occasional crouching, kneeling, sitting, and squatting are expected.The environment for this position is a warehouse, with seasonal temperature extremes, dirt, dust, and unclean environments.

Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm
