SP Schoolhouse

This role is hybrid; therefore, you can expect to be in the office three days week as needed and should live within a commutable distance to the office.

Position Summary

This role is responsible for supporting Sibelco in optimizing its financial transactions and systems, strengthening and growing relationships with vendors and suppliers through timely payments, assisting in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process, and exercising integrity and confidentiality in financial reporting and comply with national and local financial regulations.

Responsibilities

Review invoices for appropriate documentation prior to payment. Perform invoice and general-ledger data entry. Assist senior financial officers as needed. Ability to maintain confidentiality of company and partner information. Support special projects. GRIR maintenance.

Qualifications

Must have experience working in an ERP, preferably SAP experience. SAP implementation experience a plus. Bachelor's degree in accounting is preferred. 3 or more years relevant finance experience with a background in manufacturing. Proficient in English. Other languages are an asset.
