Job Title – Accounts Payable TempJob Location – On-Site - 14350 Meridian Pkwy, Riverside, CADuration – 6 monthsMode of Interview – Phone/Skype Top 3-5 Technical SkillsAccounts payable experienceKnowledge of accounts payable software preferably OracleStrong communication skills. Project Scope/Details- See description belowInterview Process (how many rounds and any details) - 30 minute Video interview and decisionWhen interview is requested, please provide following when asking for candidate availability: Duration, Mode (Phone, Video, Onsite), Technical vs. Non-technical, etc. Duties: Assist with vouchering invoices for payment according to established processes and controls to ensure prompt payment; assist with required follow up; assist with vendor statement review, and other miscellaneous accounts payable duties. Requirements: Accounts payable experience, knowledge of accounts payable software, preferably Oracle, communication skills. Temp is needed for 6 months/1,000 hours, end date will be determined by the start date.
